The CMC Triggers Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group has been optimized for shooting suppressed or short-barreled rifles (SBRs). Designed to have fewer points of contact for less friction and an increased mass for proper gas pressure and increases dwell time to improve extraction on suppressed weapons or SBRs. The carrier is machined from Case-hardened 8620 steel and given a black Nitride finish. The rear of the carrier is flared to reduce carrier tilt/cant during recoil and increase reliability by strategically relocating key contact surfaces. The bolt is machined from 9310 Case Hardened Steel and all bolt components are Shot Peened & Black Nitride coated. All external surfaces are CNC ground after heat treatment for a precision fit.
